FROM BROOKLYN – Belt Parkway into Sunrise Highway, to Mill Road (watch for end of Green Acres Shopping Center) – Right turn on Mill Road to Brookfield Road, (6 traffic lights). Right turn on Brookfield Road to Temple. Note: Brookfield Road changes to Rosedale Road.

FROM TRIBOROUGH BRIDGE – To Grand Central Parkway to Van Wyck Expressway to Belt Parkway, Eastbound, to Sunrise Highway. Follow above directions.

FROM THE BRONX – Whitestone Bridge into Cross Island Parkway to Southern State Parkway (Jones Beach direction). Exit 13 at Central Avenue South which becomes Mill Road. Mill Road to Brookfield Road. Right turn on Brookfield Road which becomes Rosedale Road to Temple.

FROM LONG ISLAND – Southern State Parkway to Exit 13 at Central Avenue – South then follow same directions as from the Bronx.

Welcome to Temple Hillel. We hope you have a meaningful experience. To maintain the dignity of the Sabbath,

· Services start promptly at 8:45 AM on Sabbath morning.

· Proper attire is required: dresses or skirts for women, jackets and ties for men.

· Men must wear kippot, Jewish men should wear tallit.

· Please exchange greetings and hold conversations after the service.

· Please wait until an usher opens the doors to the Sanctuary before entering.

· Please instruct young children as to proper behavior during the service.

· The parking lot is closed. Please do not park in front of the Temple or in the private parking lot across the street.

· A coatroom is located in the lobby for your convenience.

· Please do not bring food or gifts into the Sanctuary.

· No smoking, using telephones, beepers, cameras or tape recorders in or around the Temple.

· Men should leave their tallit on the tallit rack before entering the men’s room.

· Men should continue to wear kippot at the Kiddush.
